At QOS Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Returns & Exchanges Accepted
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items. Here's what you need to know:
Timeframes:
- Contact us within: 24 hours of delivery
- Ship items back within: 48 hours of delivery
How to Initiate a Return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship items back within 48 hours
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate items - Lingerie, thongs, underwear, G-strings (once opened)
- Custom or personalized orders - Items made specifically for you
- Temporary tattoos - For hygiene reasons
- Nail stickers - For hygiene reasons
- Jewelry - Unless defective or damaged
- Final sale items - Clearance or marked as final sale
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as we begin processing immediately. However, please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we'll do our best to help.
Return Conditions & Fees
Buyer Responsibilities:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Original packaging is preferred when possible
Restocking Fee:
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for:
- Any loss in value of the item
- 20% restocking fee
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective or our error)
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at Alternative.Intentions2016@gmail.com
- Include photos of the defect or damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund including original shipping costs, or free replacement
