Important: Claims Process for Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen:

⚠️ Important: Refunds for lost or damaged packages can only be issued after the insurance carrier approves the claim and provides compensation. We cannot issue refunds before the insurance claim is resolved.

  • QOS Brand is not responsible for packages held by customs (international orders)
  • QOS Brand is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier
